than or equal to mouth width; premaxillary toothband
16-25%, generally 20% HL; vomerine teeth missing or
limited to some isolated teeth, palatine teeth absent;
snout longer and head narrower than in C.
nigrodigitatus
of similar size. Remarks:
Redescribed as Gephyroglanis ogooensis in
Risch (1985a) but now back into the Chrysichthys
genera.
